Three options available for the "counting piece" - choose from a star, Mary & Joseph, or manger scene.  OR get all three and watch Mary & Joseph count down the days heading toward the star on December 25th.  Then, when you reach the 25th, replace the star and Mary & Joseph with the manger piece.
